ecoNOMIC is a universal multifunctional 2-component epoxy primer and is harmless to the environment and to people, which is suited to various applications for the steel industry, off shore industry, pipeline and civil engineering both below and above the water line. In these sectors, products are required which is adhesion, corrosive resistant, vapour tight and waterproof, hard, smooth, flexible, wear resistant, impact resistant, resistant to chemicals and durable.

Toxic free

The advantages for the user are the human friendly aspects such as toxic free, low in solvents, nearly odourless, no explosion danger and no need sanding between the layers. ecoNOMIC satisfies the current environmental and safety regulations and it is safe to use both indoors and outdoors.

Long-lasting protection

ecoNOMIC is a user-friendly steel primer, which may be applied safely without dilution using a brush or a mohair paint roller. The primer does not run on vertical surfaces and has a nice glossy finish without drips. Due to the small amount of solvent in ecoNOMIC (94 % solid substance), the thickness of an applied wet layer is virtually the same as a dry layer. Evaporation loss is minimal. If ecoNOMIC is applied as directed, it will function for years and will offer a long-lasting protection, both in and out of the water.
